Emma Parker Content Manager
Oregon native and true Pacific Northwesterner at heart. Emma graduated summa cum laude in Philosophy and Creative Writing from the University of Oregon. Emma is an excellent writer and communicator, she brings creativity, drive, and fresh insight to the Look team and its clients. Emma spent the last four months traveling South America, learning hands-on about sustainable living, permaculture, and bio-construction. She is dedicated to her work, using her professional life as a platform on which to build a better, more sustainable world. Muse is led by Jennifer and Benton Wong, each with nearly 25 years experience in consumer insights, trends, brands, design, research and strategy.
Jennifer began her journey in the World of Brands through the advertising industry, where she learned to understand the types of information and insight that both clients and agencies need in order to support and enhance the brand.
She then joined Nike’s equipment division, where she played a significant role in launching the Timing, Vision and Tech Lab businesses. At Nike, Jennifer was responsible for color forecasting, trends and consumer insights for the product design and marketing teams. Her breadth of experience in advertising, marketing, graphic design and product development provide an ideal foundation for Muse, which she launched in 2000.
Benton Wong spent 10 years as a founding partner and principal at Grey Matter Design, an award-winning brand design firm. He has worked with brands large and small, designing corporate identities, consumer goods packaging, advertising and retail experiences.
